Syntax: forum List unread notes on forums you follow.
forum <number or name> Change to a given forum.
forum all List all forums.
forum follow <name> To toggle your forum subscriptions.
The forum command lists all note boards you follow and the number of
unread notes on each board.
Use forum follow to subscribe to or unsubscribe from a board and forum all
to list all forums that you can view, regardless if you are following them
or not.
